Mixbook sizes are inches. The UK list has six: 6x6 (15 cm), 8.5x8.5 (22 cm), 8.5x11 (22 by 28 cm, US Letter), 10x10 (25 cm), 11x8.5 and 12x12 (30 cm). None is A4. tbf scrapbook prints A4.

8.5 by 11 inches is US Letter, 21.6 by 27.9 cm. A4 is 21 by 29.7. An A4 layout loses a strip top and bottom on Letter.

6 by 6 softcover only. 8.5 by 8.5 and 8.5 by 11 every cover. 10 by 10, 11 by 8.5 and 12 by 12 hardcover only. Lay flat at 8.5 by 8.5, 10 by 10 and 11 by 8.5.
