How do I lay out lots of photos at once?
Use Arrange. It lays out the photos you choose on new pages, and Undo puts them back.
Steps
On a computer
- On the left, select More, then Arrange. If asked, select Preview a different arrangement.
- Select Choose free layouts.
- Tap the photos to put in, or select All or Not yet used.
- Select Preview layouts.
- Under Photos per page, choose Fewer, bigger, Balanced or More, smaller.
- If the book already has pages, choose Add new pages under Where.
- Select a look, then the button that uses it, such as Use Collected.
On a phone
- At the bottom, select More, then Arrange. If asked, select Preview a different arrangement.
- Select Choose free layouts.
- Tap the photos to put in, or select All or Not yet used.
- Select Preview layouts.
- Under Photos per page, choose Fewer, bigger, Balanced or More, smaller.
- If the book already has pages, choose Add new pages under Where.
- Select a look, then the button that uses it, such as Use Collected.
If it goes wrong
Not what you wanted? Select Undo and the pages go back as they were.
