Where is my order, and can I change it?
Your orders are in the Shop under Order history. To change one, write to us straight away.
Steps
- In Your books, select Shop, then Order history.
- Select View order beside the order to see where it is.
- Once it is posted, select Track parcel.
- To change or cancel it, select Help & feedback, then Orders and billing.
