Granada means pomegranate, so a split one sits on the sage green cover. The pages are for the Alhambra's Nasrid Palaces, the Albaicín's white houses seen from San Nicolás and the caves of Sacromonte.

Making your Granada photo book
Granada is the Alhambra and the hill facing it, and the book can go back and forth between the two. The Nasrid Palaces and the Generalife gardens fill the opening pages. Then cross to the Albaicín for the white houses and the view back from the Mirador de San Nicolás. Calle Calderería, with its tea shops and lanterns, earns the third spread. The fourth goes up to the Sacromonte caves, with the Sierra Nevada behind the city.
Alhambra tickets sell out weeks ahead and give you a fixed time for the palaces, so book those first and plan everything else around them. San Nicolás is packed at sunset; San Cristóbal, a little higher, has the same view and more room. A drink anywhere in town comes with a free tapa. The pomegranate on the cover is what the city's name means, and you will find it on the bollards.
