Making your Zakynthos photo book
Zakynthos is seen from cliffs and from boats, and this book makes room for both. Navagio, the wreck on its white cove, goes right across the opening spread, shot from the platform high above. The Blue Caves at Cape Skinari come next, then the sea arches at Keri. Laganas Bay is where loggerhead turtles nest, and its beaches close at night in summer for them, so finish with the turtle boat out to Marathonisi.
The Navagio platform looks west and the cove falls into shadow in the afternoon; go before eleven for the bright blue. Rockfalls often close the beach to boats, so the view from the top may be the only one you get.
